All sales are final. Whispered Words does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit on any products purchased from our website.
Product Images & Appearance
Product images displayed on our website may be digitally created and are intended to represent the design concept and overall style of the product.
While we make every effort to ensure each product reflects what is shown online, slight variations may occur due to materials, lighting, glass characteristics, and engraving results. These natural or minor variations do not constitute a fault and will not be considered grounds for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully completed, the order is confirmed and may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason.

Courier Damage, Loss & Delivery Claims
Courier Handling
All products are packaged securely before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled entirely by the courier company.
Whispered Words is not liable for:
- damage during transit
- parcels lost in transit
- theft after delivery
- delays caused by the courier
- incorrect handling by the courier
Customer Responsibility (Courier Claims)
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the customer must submit any claim directly with the courier company.
Whispered Words does not manage courier claims on behalf of customers. Any courier insurance claims, if applicable, must be logged and processed by the customer directly with the courier, according to the courier’s procedures and timeframes.
No Replacement for Transit Damage
Whispered Words does not provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges for damage or loss caused in transit.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Whispered Words, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all courier-related damage or loss must be resolved directly with the courier and that Whispered Words will not be held responsible for such claims.
